Customers have until January 1st, 2026, to request a return for unused items in their original packaging. If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us at help@handyfamm.com and we can assist in getting a new one shipped out to you. If you’re returning an item for any other reason, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and original shipping fees are non-refundable.To start a return, email help@handyfamm.com with your order number, and we’ll provide the return address and next steps. There are no restocking fees, and refunds are issued in full to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.
